Privacy and deletion requests
For server-side deletion or privacy help, email gabriel.hengler@gmail.com with "HomeProof deletion request" in the subject line. You can also delete local records from Settings inside the app.
What to include
- The device model and iOS version.
- What you were trying to do.
- Whether the issue happened during scan, inventory editing, readiness checklist, report preview, export, purchase, or settings.
- Whether you were using local demo mode or cloud scan mode.
