HomeProof helps users create a structured home inventory from room photos and item proof records. This policy explains how the current App Store build handles information you use in the app.

Information You Provide

The current App Store build stores home, room, inventory, room photo records, item proof records, notes, report previews, and evidence placeholders locally on your device. HomeProof does not collect this information on HomeProof servers in the current App Store build.

Room Analysis

The current App Store build is designed to keep user inventory records on device. If a future version enables server-backed AI room analysis, the app and this policy will be updated before that version is submitted so users can understand which data is processed, which provider is used, and how long that data is retained.

Purchases

Premium purchases and subscription status are handled by Apple through the App Store. HomeProof uses that App Store purchase status on device to unlock paid features such as full PDF export and higher usage limits.

Storage and Retention

The current app is designed for personal inventory record keeping on device. Users should not add highly sensitive documents that are not needed for their inventory. Deleting the app or using in-app deletion controls may remove local records depending on device and backup settings.

Tracking

HomeProof does not sell personal data and is not intended to track users across other companies' apps or websites.
